3. Once you have email accessed from the new server you will recieve mail from both mail accounts. The old server will be shut off on August 30th. After August 30th, if you get error messages and can not connect messages in outlook, simply delete the OLD mail server.

4. In order to send mail you will have to make sure you have SMTP Authentication Turned on. Do this by checking the box in your mail settings "My Server Requires Authentication". Access this screen by going to Tools > Email Accounts >View/Edit & click Next > Change > More Settings .

5. If you have trouble connecting to send mail, you may want to use the alternate SMTP Port 2525. This is available as an alternate port because some ISP's block SMTP the default Port 25. Access this screen by going to Tools > Email Accounts >View/Edit & click Next > Change > More Settings, then select the Advanced Tab.
